Overview
These Terms of Use outline the conditions under which you may use the services, products, and website of Brand Merchants Network LLC ("Yucca Health," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Medication Fulfillment and Pharmacy Policy
- Prescriptions are automatically routed to Yucca Health’s trusted partner pharmacies. Pharmacy selection is determined by prescription type, dosage, state, and location. Specific pharmacy requests cannot be accommodated.
- All partner pharmacies are licensed 503a sterile compounding facilities that meet FDA guidance and compliance standards, including Certificates of Analysis (COA) and third-party batch and lot-specific testing.
- Yucca Health does not guarantee that you will receive exactly the medication or additives you request. Licensed healthcare providers determine prescriptions, dosages, and any included ingredients based on your medical history and health needs.
- Some pharmacies may include additives such as B-12 or B-6 at no additional cost to comply with regulations and support patient care. These cannot be removed on request.
Shipping and Delivery
- If your tracking number indicates delivery but you did not receive your package, you must contact Yucca Health within 24 hours. You must provide your tracking number, a photo of your delivery location, and a missing package claim filed with the carrier. If theft is suspected, a police report is required for replacements.
- Orders delivered to the shipping address on file are considered final. Yucca Health is not responsible for packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.
- Medications are compounded and packaged to maintain sterility and stability during transit. Although carrier trucks are not refrigerated, medications remain stable based on validated testing. Once the vial is punctured, you must refrigerate the medication as instructed.
Shortages and Packaging
- Medication shortages are rare, as vials are machine-dispensed. If you suspect a shortage, you must report it to Yucca Health within 24 hours of receipt. You must provide a photo of the sealed vial, packaging, and pharmacy instructions. Claims cannot be investigated once the seal is removed.
- Packaging may vary due to pharmacy updates or changes. These variations do not affect the medication’s quality or effectiveness.
Refunds and Returns
- Prescription medications are compounded specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
- All sales are final once shipped.
Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is determined by your prescription and dosage and is displayed during the checkout process.
- Pricing is subject to change without notice and reflects the prescribed dosage. Customers will be notified in the event of a pricing error, and appropriate action, including refunds if necessary, will be taken. Yucca Health reserves the right to modify or cancel orders affected by pricing errors.
- Yucca Health may, at its discretion, offer discounts or promotions from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, each month of medication is billed individually based on prescription.

- Yucca Health is not liable for shortages, delays, or theft once a package has been confirmed delivered by the carrier.
- Yucca Health strives for accuracy in pricing. In the rare event of an error, corrections will be made and refunds issued if applicable.
- Variations in packaging do not impact the safety, quality, or effectiveness of the medication.
