What should I do if I believe my medication has been shorted by the pharmacy?
Shortages are extremely rare since vials are machine-dispensed according to your prescription. If you suspect a shortage, report it to Yucca Health within 24 hours of receiving your medication. Be sure to include a photo of the sealed vial top, all packaging, and instructions from the pharmacy. Claims cannot be investigated once the seal has been removed.
My tracking number says it was delivered, but I did not receive it. What do I do?
If your tracking number shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, contact Yucca Health support within 24 hours. Provide your tracking number, a photo of your front door, and a missing package claim filed with the carrier. Orders delivered to the address on file are final and cannot be returned. If the package was stolen, a police report will be required for replacements.
Can I choose my pharmacy? I have a specific request.
To keep costs affordable, prescriptions are automatically routed to our trusted partner pharmacies. Factors like prescription type, dosage, state, and location determine the pharmacy used. At this time, specific pharmacy requests cannot be accommodated. All partner pharmacies are licensed 503a sterile compounding facilities that meet strict FDA guidance and compliance standards, including COA and third-party batch and lot-specific testing.
I don’t want or like the medication. Am I eligible for a refund?
Since prescription medications are compounded specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded. This policy ensures the highest standards of safety and hygiene, as compounded medications are tailored to your individual health needs based on your provider’s prescription.
My package arrived warm or hot. What should I do?
All medications from our pharmacy partners are compounded to maintain sterility and stability during transit. While carrier trucks are not refrigerated, the medications are stable based on extensive temperature and stability testing. After puncturing the vial, please refrigerate the medication as instructed.

Pricing is subject to change without notice and reflects the prescribed dosage. Packaging may vary slightly due to updates from our partner pharmacies, but such changes do not impact the medication's functionality.
What are the prices for Compound Semaglutide and Compound Tirzepatide?
- Compound Semaglutide: $175/month for dose 1-3, $275/month higher doses. Each month of medication is billed individually.
- Compound Tirzepatide: $285/month for dose 1-3 and $385/month for higher doses.

Will I receive a quote for my medication before checkout?
Yucca Health does not provide quotes. Your price is determined by your prescription, and all pricing details are displayed during the checkout process.
What happens if there is a pricing error on my order?
In the rare event of a pricing error, we will promptly notify you and take appropriate action, including refunds if necessary. Yucca Health reserves the right to modify or cancel orders affected by pricing errors.
Do you offer discounts or split payment options?
No, Yucca Health does not offer discounts or split payment options. Each month of medication is billed individually based on the prescribed dosage.
What if my medication packaging looks different than expected?
Packaging may vary slightly due to updates or changes by our partner pharmacies. These variations do not affect the medication’s functionality or quality.
Can I request not to have B-12, B-6, or other additives in my medication?
Some partner pharmacies may include B-12, B-6, or other ingredients to comply with regulations and meet patient-specific needs as ordered by your physician. These additions are included at no extra cost and cannot be opted out of. If you have allergies, please document them during enrollment.
Will I receive exactly the medication I request?
The specific dosage prescribed is determined by a licensed healthcare provider based on your medical history. While we strive to fulfill your requested medication, the exact dosage may vary based on the provider’s evaluation.
