Yes. Your medication is compounded and dispensed by a licensed U.S. pharmacy, and it arrives with a prescription label showing the dispensing pharmacy, the drug, the concentration, and your dosing instructions.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and we say that plainly everywhere on this site. What that means is that the FDA doesn’t review compounded preparations before they’re marketed. It doesn’t mean the medication is unregulated — compounding pharmacies are licensed and inspected by state boards of pharmacy and operate under federal and state requirements.
If anything about your label or your medication looks wrong, don’t use it. Contact us and the dispensing pharmacy right away.

You’re only charged after a clinician approves your treatment. A temporary authorization hold appears at checkout and is released if no prescription is written.
No, and we wouldn’t want to promise that. A clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate based on your health history and what you tell them during intake. Some people aren’t candidates, and some are better served by a different treatment.
If a clinician declines to prescribe, you get a full refund — including the consultation fee. Automatically, without having to ask.
If you complete six continuous months of GLP-1 injectable treatment as prescribed and haven’t lost weight compared with your logged starting weight, we refund everything you paid us over those six months — medication, consultation fees, and plan fees. There’s nothing to send back.
It’s our commitment that six months of treatment shouldn’t cost you anything if it doesn’t work for you.
