Plan Offers & Guarantees
Locked pricing and the Yucca 6-Month Promise — what’s covered, what’s required, and what ends them.
Which parts apply to you
Part 1 — Locked Pricing applies to anyone who enrolled in a plan at a locked price.
Part 2 — The Yucca 6-Month Promise applies to GLP-1 injectable weight loss plans only.
If you’re on a peptide, longevity, or wellness plan, Part 1 may apply to you. Part 2 does not.
This document is part of our Terms of Service and works alongside Refunds & Cancellations.
Part 1 — Locked Pricing
Applies to anyone enrolled at a locked price.
What you get
When you enroll in a treatment plan at a locked price, we honor that price for that treatment for as long as your enrollment stays active — including as your dose increases.
Your dose going up does not raise your price. GLP-1 treatment is normally titrated upward over time. Your locked price covers the full dose range for your medication. That’s the point of the lock.
What the lock attaches to
Your locked price attaches to the specific medication and billing cadence you enrolled on.
If you change either one, you’re starting a new plan at the price available at that time:
Changing medication — moving from one GLP-1 medication to a different one is a new plan at current pricing.
Changing billing cadence — moving between monthly, quarterly, and six-month billing is a new plan at current pricing.
If you later return to your original medication and cadence, your original lock doesn’t come back.
What ends the lock
Cancelling. Cancelling your plan ends the lock. If you enroll again later, you enroll at pricing available at that time.
A lapsed plan. If your plan lapses — for example, a payment can’t be collected and the plan isn’t restored — the lock ends.
Claiming the 6-Month Promise. Taking a refund under Part 2 closes out that enrollment and ends the lock with it.
Pausing does not end the lock. This is the important one. If you need a break, pause instead of cancelling. Paused plans aren’t charged, can stay paused indefinitely, and keep your locked price for whenever you restart.
If a formulation changes
Sometimes a formulation becomes unavailable — a pharmacy discontinues it, or a regulatory or supply change forces a switch. If that happens:
Your locked price carries over to the closest equivalent formulation your pharmacy offers.
If there’s no equivalent, we’ll tell you in advance, explain the options, and give you the chance to cancel before any different amount is charged.
You will never be charged a different amount without being told first.
Other limits
One person, one account. The lock isn’t transferable or assignable, and it doesn’t extend to anyone else.
Not stackable. A locked price can’t be combined with other promotional pricing unless we say so explicitly at the time of the offer.
Good faith. We may end a lock where an account was created or used to obtain pricing the person wasn’t eligible for.
Part 2 — The Yucca 6-Month Promise
Applies to GLP-1 injectable weight loss plans only.
What we’re promising
If you complete six continuous months of GLP-1 weight loss treatment through Yucca Health, follow your clinician’s plan, and have not lost weight compared to your logged starting weight, we will refund everything you paid us over those six months — medication, consultation fees, and plan fees — to your original payment method.
You don’t send anything back. Compounded medication is patient-specific and can’t be returned under U.S. pharmacy law, so the promise refunds your money and there’s nothing to ship.
This is a commercial satisfaction commitment, not a medical guarantee. We are not promising that you will lose weight, or that any particular result will happen. Individual results vary. Weight change on GLP-1 therapy depends on your dose, how consistently you take it, your diet and activity, and your individual biology. This promise does not replace your clinician’s advice, and nothing here should be read as a claim about how well any medication works.
What’s covered
The Promise applies to GLP-1 injectable weight loss treatments only — compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide injectable plans purchased through Yucca Health.
It does not apply to peptide, longevity, or wellness products, including NAD+ and sermorelin plans, or to any other treatment category. Those have their own plans and their own terms.
What you need to do
The Promise depends on you completing the treatment as prescribed and keeping a record along the way. All five conditions must be met.
1. Log a starting weight
Record your starting weight in your patient portal before your first shipment arrives, or within 7 days of delivery.
Without a logged starting weight there is no baseline to measure against, and a no-results claim can’t be evaluated. This is the condition people most often miss, so we’ll remind you.
2. Stay on an active, paid plan for six continuous months
Six continuous months means 26 consecutive weeks with an active, paid plan. Cancelling, stopping early, or letting a plan lapse ends the Promise for that enrollment.
Pausing does not break continuity for billing purposes, but paused weeks don’t count toward your six months. Your six-month mark moves out by however long you were paused.
3. Take your medication as prescribed
Take each dose on the schedule your clinician set. Skipped doses, self-adjusted dosing, or extended gaps in treatment end eligibility.
4. Log each dose
Confirm each dose in your patient portal within 72 hours of your scheduled injection date.
5. Weigh in weekly
Log your weight in your patient portal once per week, on the same day each week. You choose the day when you enroll.
To qualify you need at least 20 of the 26 weeks logged, with no gap longer than 3 consecutive weeks. We build in that tolerance on purpose — a holiday or a hard week shouldn’t cost you the Promise.
Then log a final weight within 7 days of your six-month mark.
How logging works
Each weekly entry stays open for 7 days from the date it applies to, then closes. Dose confirmations stay open for 72 hours. After that, the entry can’t be added retroactively.
We do this so the record reflects your real progress week by week rather than being reconstructed at the end. Your portal sends reminders, and you can see your full log at any time.
Your portal log is the record we use to evaluate a claim. We don’t ask for photos of scales or outside documentation, and we don’t accept them in place of the log.
What “no weight loss” means
It means your final logged weight at six months is equal to or higher than your logged starting weight.
If you lost any weight at all against your logged starting weight, the no-results claim doesn’t apply — though you’re always welcome to talk to your care team about whether your plan should change.
How to claim
Submit your claim through our contact page or your patient portal within 30 days of your six-month mark.
Include your full name, the email on your account, and a note that you’re claiming under the 6-Month Promise. We’ll pull your log and review it.
You’ll get a decision within five business days. Approved refunds return to your original payment method and typically post within 5 to 10 business days.
Limits
One claim per person, ever. The Promise can be claimed once. It doesn’t reset if you re-enroll later.
No stacking. The refund is reduced by any refunds already issued to you for the same period — medical ineligibility refunds, billing corrections, or damaged shipment refunds.
One person, one account. The Promise isn’t transferable or assignable. Claims across multiple accounts belonging to the same person, or accounts created to claim more than once, are not eligible.
Claiming the Promise ends your locked price. Taking the refund closes out that enrollment. If you return later, you re-enroll at pricing available at that time. See Part 1.
Good faith. We may decline a claim where the record shows the treatment wasn’t actually followed, or where an account was created or used for the purpose of obtaining a refund rather than treatment.
Things worth saying plainly
You can stop treatment at any time for any reason. You are never required to continue a medication to preserve eligibility for a refund, and you should follow your clinician’s guidance over anything in this document. If your clinician advises you to stop or change treatment, do that. If stopping means you no longer meet the conditions here, contact us and we’ll look at your situation individually.
If you’re unhappy with your treatment at any point, tell your care team before six months is up. Most problems have a clinical answer — a dose adjustment, a different schedule, managing side effects — and that’s a better outcome for you than a refund six months later.
