Activates both GLP-1 and GIP pathways for broader appetite and blood sugar control.
Tirzepatide is a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist. It helps regulate blood sugar, improve insulin release, and reduce appetite.
Patients with a BMI of 30+, or 27+ with a weight-related condition (such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol), may qualify. Patients with a BMI above 25 may also qualify depending on their medical history.
Licensed providers review your intake asynchronously — meaning no live doctor visit is required. If needed, they may follow up through the secure patient portal to request additional information. Your provider will adjust your dose over time to help maximize results with minimal side effects.
Individual results vary. Clinical outcomes referenced are from studies on the FDA-approved brand-name drug, not this compounded preparation.
This is a compounded tirzepatide preparation. It is not FDA-approved and is not the same as Mounjaro® or Zepbound®.

"I am new to Yucca health, but so far the customer care, their website and their customer representatives have been amazing. Hazel is with Yucca health and she has answered my questions. Even my silly ones and has made me feel very comfortable with this whole process. This is the first time I've ever ordered any kind of GLP one or any medication online and I feel good about Yucca health! Thank you, Hazel!"
