This treatment plan is an all-in-one flat rate physician consult and a single Personalized Tirzepatide+ prescription (as determined by your physician) delivered. Prescriptions are written at the physician’s discretion and are based on the results of your initial telemedicine consultation with your provider. There is no written or implied guarantee of any particular prescription for any particular period of time. Cancellation requests may be requested through your account in our secure portal.

Membership includes a provider consultation and prescription (if appropriate), access to GLP-1 medication, and the ongoing care and support you need to keep the weight off.

You will be billed based on the quantity of medication you receive with each shipment. Depending on your specific needs and the prescribed medication, your prescription can be filled for different durations. Options include a 3-month supply (one payment), a 6-month supply (one payment), or a one-month supply (one payment). Your assigned provider, who has full prescribing authority, will determine the appropriate supply duration by evaluating your medication needs and dosage requirements. This ensures that your treatment plan is tailored to your health needs.
You can upload your current prescription within the questionnaire portion of the enrollment process. The prescription needs to include the patient’s name, prescriber name, medication name, medication strength, medication dosage prescribed, and the date of the prescription.
PLEASE NOTE: The prescription provided MUST be an actual prescription. Screenshots, notes from a previous medspa, or prescriptions missing all of the aforementioned requirements are invalid and will not be considered when determining your dosage at Yucca Health.
We do not accept insurance. Payments for our services can be made through various other accepted methods.
Once your medication has been prescribed, the address linked to the eRX cannot be altered. However, future refills can be updated, and we recommend reaching out to us to ensure all details are correct. Please consider factors like vacations and travel plans when placing and refilling orders, keeping our estimated timeline in mind.
While you might be able to use your HSA card, we currently do not provide itemized receipts, letters of medical necessity, or other documentation that your providers might require.
